Act 1 had the right balance, vendors that sell epic items are few, and few epic items in stock.
Act 2, epic and legendary items are so common it feels out of place. A weapons vendor selling his wares in the market place has a ton of high end epic/legendary items. I don't even look at any other item outside of epic and legendary any more. Example, a vendor could have 10 daggers, then half are epic and higher.
Epic items are easy to find in crates and enemies.
It breaks immersion.
Also similar to inventory, have the option to sort in vendor. I sell a ton of stuff to vendor, and its cluttered. Sort by level, value or filter the junk you sold to him.

2) In DE, there is a new unique item (Truthseeker 1H sword) that set the character to blind when equipped. There is some legendary item (usually helmet) that have special effect like immunity to blind and silenced. So the character can use the sword without being blind itself. The sword provides massive amount of critical chance (25%). For Divinity: Original Sin II on the PC, a GameFAQs message board topic titled 'What items to sell and what items to keep?'

[MINIMAL SPOILERS!]
Greetings, all!
I've heard in D:OSII there are common (white), uncommon (green), rare (blue), epic (purple), legendary (orange), divine (yellow), and unique (gold) items. Ignoring unique items for now since they have predetermined stats, how do item rarities determine stats?
I've seen green items have a single + to something (STR, Thievery, etc.) sometimes with a secondary extra effect on weapons (like 10% to set Silence on a subject with no magic armor), blues have a + to two stats, and no appreciable difference in for purple gear.
Mind you, we're still in act 1 and have only found a single purple item and nothing more rare than epic.
